So, I think it's safe to say my love of BBQ started when I tried my first helping of real BBQ (not the New England definition of it). I was hooked from the get-go.
After tasting many different types, my love lies with Carolina-style BBQ and its vinegar and mustard. But, in the end, BBQ is all good, regardless of style. It's rather hard to find really good BBQ up here in New England. Not impossible, mind you, but difficult. To that end, I've started to learn how to make it myself, and I've found a love almost as strong as that of motorcycling.
I found this forum while looking for a good pulled pork finishing sauce and I figured I should hang around and learn as much as I can from fellow meat lovers.
Cheers!
