  Here I am. I have a nice pork butt in the smoker for Easter. The mother in law brought one over and asked me to smoke it. Who am I to refuse the request of my mother in law, right? She has a really sensitive stomach, so no rubs, no nothing. Just smoke. I did rub a tiny bit of brown sugar and honey on it. You know. Just because. Any who, I figured I'd check in with the best smoking forum on the net. Happy smoking.
 
Hello and Welcome back.  I rarely use rubs and such, just salt and pepper.  I try to let the quality of the meat and smoke shine.  I hope you will be pleasantly surprised with the finished product.  Keep Smokin!

It turned out great. Everyone liked it. Heck, even I liked it and I'm not a ham guy. This weekend, it' will be baby backs and chicken. I figure I'll fire up the...grill... too and grill some veggies.
