I am having trouble deciding on a new smoker and in the meantime want to add some cooking space to the one I have. I am going to add the CB Stacker and plan on adding a second cooking grate to it as well as adding a third grate to the main part of the cooker for a total of 5. While I realize this will limit my headspace with all the racks in place, I like the option to cook large amounts of ribs as well as being able to throw on appatizers or sides while the main dish is finishing up. A quick google search left me where I started so I am hoping someone can point me to another user who may have done the same or maybe can point out some flaws in my plan. Thanks guys!
