A Sunday chicken.

  1. Had a heck of a gallbladder week, but felt much better today and decided to try Jeff's rub on a big ole bird. Got to admit, I was somewhat disappointed in the rub, in that I was looking for some top secret ingredient like eye of newt or something. Didn't see what was gonna be the "wow" factor. After using the rub and seeing the results on our chicken, I have to admit...pretty good. Follow the technique that Jeff instructs and you'll be happy. Check out this beautiful bird done with wonderful pecan smoke on me MES 30.
