11 lb. Holiday Brisket and Ribs

     Its been a while since I have shared a cook and I thought that this would be a good one to share. This Brisket has been on for 10.5 hours so far and it should be done around 3 (fingers crossed). The ribs will go in  at 9am.I am using my newly replaced MasterBuilt 40. for this smoke. I cant say enough about thier customer service.

    Hey Mike, glad to see you've thawed nicely.  GREAT LOOKING BRISKET!  Gotta go grab the screen cleaner to wipe the tongue licks off my monitor.
