Dinner aught to be good tonite.
I bought some nice looking 2" thick New York Strips.
Going to Reverse Sear them tonight, and maybe if I've time, try Jeff's Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings too.

Only on the weekends Al, the rest of the week at work for me is on a budget, sammies from my cooler and maybe some inexpensive take-out.

This ones for you Al... Not sure if this OK here, but what the heck you can moderate it if it's over the top.
