Just put the turkey thighs on smoker.
I chose to put minced garlic under the skin.

I'm using the ink-bird for first time. so far i'm liking it.

I plan on doing turkey legs on the smoker for Thanksgiving next weekend, i hope mine turn out as well as yours did!

how high of a temp did you do them at?
