The 4 minute steak

Seasoned with Montreal seasoning before being frozen they were good to go after being thawed. Our daughter, our youngest of 4, loves this cut so... dinner.

A very hot fire in the Weber and 120 seconds per side is all it takes. I'm certain we picked these up for less than $6 / lbs in the past 6 months.

Served with some fantastic twice baked potatoes Mrs philpom put together.

Our daughter likes me to cut it up for her. When she was younger she'd just chow down to the bone LOL.

HOT fire, 2 minutes per side, perfect steak, enjoy.

Thanks! I did think about submitting it but that was after I took pictures and besides, knowing the crowd here someone will submit a steak that is crazy out of this world!

I almost agree and if that was it for me I'd take it! I do think my favorite meal of all time is close to this - I really like steak with a good hearty salad though. Something loaded like a chef salad. A loaded baked potato AKA "drunk bowl" is pretty darn good too!
