I have tasted some good smoked meat before but nothing compares to the pork butt, turkey legs, chicken wings, and sausage that I tasted yesterday. My friend has been telling me about his new smoker but I never made it over to see it. To be honest, I thought the remote control was too "new school" for me and I didn't know anything about an electric smoker. Well, I just left the Sams Club in Waldorf, MD the new proud owner of the 40 inch smoker.
The ribs were the most tender ribs I have ever tasted. The chicken was bananas with only a "bone dust" rub. I picked up a turkey leg and only had the bone in my hand. The meat fell off of a turkey leg which blew my mind. Never again, will I have to get frustrated because I cant maintain my temp. I'm obsessed and I haven't unboxed it yet?
