Half a loin needed to so something with, why not stuff. philly cheese, apple filling, and Jeff’s rub

Sprinkled Jeffs rub, then spread Cream cheese, and pie filling. IMG_1477.jpeg Rolled and trussed (1st time doing it this way so doesn’t look real good🤷🏼)

Lumberjack Competition blend on the RT 590 to 147*

Definitely looking great!

Can't wait for the fresh herbs later on in the season to do a stuffed loin.

Beautiful stuffed loin! There are so many different possibilities, we have done a cuban version (like a cuban sandwich), Italian, Thai, and more....
