Made a levain lastnight

Mixed up this morning.

Those look great. My problem making baguettes is that the steam messes up the blower fan in the oven. It's happened a couple of times now when I tried to use steam and I had to remove the blower and re-lube the shaft bushing on the squirrel cage fan. Whirlpool Gold range/oven. Pain in the _ _ _ to repair.
 
The baguette turned out good.

Next time work with them more and get them more uniform.

I like the fact that they aren't perfectly uniform. They look homemade, like they should in my opinion. My Noni, made bread at least four days a week.
Her breads were amazingly good, she never tried to make them perfectly uniform, they always look a little bit different from each other.

I wouldn't change a thing.

They look perfect too me.
I wish I could make bread that turned out like yours.

My bread making is always leftover pizza dough. LOL!!!
