Sorry everyone, it has been quite a few busy months .
And very sorry, as I know I have missed a lot of things here. And have missed everyone ( well most ,lol ) just kidding.
I know that a lot has gone on with everyone and I know I have missed a lot of life changes for a lot of you guys.
Start off I am fine and all the family here are doing well also. It has just been one of those things , we all say that life gets in the way, well it did. You know we bought a piece of land on the ocean ( i know next to the ocean ). And doing lots there. And very busy with work, and keeping the ladies happy....
Had a couple of health things pop up, little bit of Cancer in my back, found out in April / May but was told not to worry ( easy for them to say and make me wait until Sept to have removed ) and just got the results back this week. All clear and well.
But did have another scare about a month ago as the place they removed it from after a month or so of thinking it was getting better swelled up and was like a big water blister , and then broke. Sent in pictures to surgeon and she made another appointment. She looked last week and said she cannot explain but I am clear and good and that is also when she gave me the all clear as the results were benign. My god they are slow at giving you answers.
So also while this was going on I also do the colon screening every 2 years , WELL this time they said something showed up and I must go in for a big probing . So off to have that done in Sept. and I am still waiting for those results. Her seemed like a nice enough DR> and he was gentle with me. Glad I took him in flowers and chocolates for our date.
Mona had a hard time with all this ( but she tried not to show it ) and that made it hard for me to not think about the what if's. So been trying to play catch up with everything here at home also. Making sure there was no major projects or things not done just incase. Still some things on list, I guess there always will be something when you own a home.
As so I see now that a few of you tried to get in touch with me , and again sorry as back in July I was fed up with paying so much for internet , cable and house phone ( $ 380.00 plus per month ) and changed my provider. That also meant new email address and stuff. And been trying to reset everything that was under the old provider.
Now on to smoking and cooking , since July I think I only smoked twice. And I really miss this. I am going to try and catch up with some of what I have missed with all my unsee family here. Really miss my time here talking about food and friends.

ps: we did have some fun at the new property. Set up our RV that we used to own for Mona's sister as she bought it from us to put on our property for her to stay in , ha ha .
But at least we have a place to stay instead of driving back and forth each day, while I work there also. And I am still way too busy at work and the next 2 weeks all outside jobs, glad it finally cooled down for that , wrong.
Anyway folks , I am glad to be back and hopefully spend a lot more time here. Now off to see what some of you have been up to on your smokers , BBQ's etc.
