Since I was baking banana bread today I decided to make some homemade cookies.

The recipe can be adjusted to I think 4 dozon but that all depends on how big you make them. I have a large spoon I use to judge the amount of dough for each cookie to keep them all the same size if possible. This recipe I cut it in half and that is what I ended up with. About the right size for my kid to make them disappear in a day or two LOL

Looks really good! The smell of cookies and banana bread cooking... mmmmmmm!
Had an aunt years ago if I stopped to visit she had to bake me cookies... always amazed me how she could just bake 4 or 6 cookies.

If you look at my signature I am not all that worried about exact amounts. Eggs come in all sizes. Use one large and one small if you want to be closer to the recipe but if you use two large you will never know the diffrence.
