Seared a pork roast, then slow cooked in Dutch oven.

Rubbed with salt, pepper, sage, garlic powder and thyme.

Served with corn, stuffing and gravy.

I'm stuffed.

Lid on and in the oven ? Or stove top ? Any liquid in the D.O. ?
Lid on, in the oven.

Only liquid I had was chicken broth but it worked out well.

Add some cheddar to the mash and that would be a perfect match to a Sunday dinner growing up.
