I had some pulled pork leftovers from my wife. No, it wasn't mine, and no, it was not smoked. However, I made the best of it, and I made some sandwiches and pizzas that were still pretty good.

First, a pulled pork sandwich with some Hawaiian Ube coconut rolls, homemade coleslaw, pickled onions and peppers, and Tony Roma's BBQ Sauce.

Second, I made a pizza with pork and pineapple with half covered in Pickled onions/peppers.

That looks good. I like to use leftover pulled pork, smoked, to make tacos or something kinda like carnitas. Sautéed onions, jalapeños, and garlic in cast iron skillet then add the pork on medium high until some bark on the bottom.
