I like your style!Got this going on right now....dry brining a pork butt with my Bada Bing rub and making homemade giardiniera. Gonna smoke the pork tomorrow and make some hoagie rolls. Italian beef sandwiches, but with pork.

Oh man YES!Some of my non-bbq fare. Guinness Irish Stew, bangers and mash with homemade sausage and colcannon potatoes, Irish cheddar soda biscuits, and of course, a nice stout beer.
...but I still prefer bbq.

We'll definitely have to link up some time this summer, I'll get you some of our products to try. We just added a salsa to our line and sold out of the first batch in a few hours off just the teaser pic. We have a pulled pork marinade/finishing sauce coming out next month.I think I have found a new friend.I live close to Lambeau Field. Would love to see your set-up sometime. I love doing BBQ and cooking on my Blackstone griddle. Would love to see some of your BBQ products.
