Hi everyone!

My name is James and I live in New Zealand

after several return trips to the states my BBQ addiction has grown to all consuming levels!

I'm still pretty new to it all but I have built two pits now and am about to start a third much bigger rig with the intention of getting into catering and possibly the very new competition scene in New Zealand

I have read through the forums a fair bit, it seems like a great community with a wealth of knowledge

figured it was time to jump in, introduce myself and get involved

so thanks for having me! I look forward to learning from the pitmasters and pit builders on this forum!
