We do a "fancy dinner" at least once a week. This week, bone-in pork chops were on sale. Decided on pork au poivre with parmigiano reggiano mashed potatoes. May be one of my favorite meals in recent memory, and the kiddos always enjoy a flambe show.

She softened some cream cheese with sugar and put it on slices of a homemade baguette, cut up strawberries and topped it with them. Then melted chocolate chips, put it in a ziplock bag, and tried to drizzle it on. She needs to work on her drizzle skills I told her.....she's 7
