Just picked up an LEM #8 and the jerky slicer attachment. I've heard of folks using London broil for jerky and it's not too expensive of a cut.
Looking for a little guidance...if you've done this with the LEM jerky slicer, do you just feed the London broil as-is or filet it into a thinner slab of meat?
