Hi,

There is a small shed next to my home. It is lying unused and just gathering up waste. So I am thinking if something can be done there to make it productive. The idea is to rent the place for commercial purposes, so that I can get an income out of it as well.

But some renovation works has to be done and need to get a solid concrete flooring as well. I want durable and long lasting floor and thinking of hiring concrete flooring professionals for the same.

Any idea how much that would cost me?

Thanks.

I think I would just call your local concrete contractor & he will gladly give you a free estimate.

Agree with Al most contractors will give you a free estimate. And offer suggestions as well as help with the proper permits if needed.
