Had some fun with ribs and Abts for a Halloween party the wife and i threw. 221 method with cherry smoke on my CC Smokepro STX. The naked rack on left was dry rub only and the sauced on the right was finished with Apple Butter Fireball BBQ sauce. Those were favored over the naked bones. No time for prep shots, was under the gun to get it done.

Abts were just jalapenos, cream, cheddar, and bacon. Those went fast! Left some seeds and vein for heat.
