Greetings from someone needing advise

Hi All,
I am Sam from Bama (Roll Tide!). Where would I find a method of calculating the size of the firebox, vents, supply piping and exhaust vents. I just acquired an industrial ice hopper (inside dims in inches 45 x 29 x 58) it is super insulated and stainless on the inside,
