Morning all,
For those that like Kartofflklobe. German potato dumplings. And relied on using the powdered mix until it got stupid $$.
I've tried 6 different recipes. And this one nailed it. Not hard to make. And they are delicious.


Here they are before going into the boiling water.

Boil until they float. Then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
The only specialty tool required is a ricer. It really makes a difference.
 
Saved that one . Never made them , or even had them before . Been on the list for awhile , so I'll use that recipe .

I bought my Son a ricer last year . Game changer on the mashed potatoes , and it also has a Spaetzle plate .
 
I tried to find tater starch local several months back without any luck, seen this post and it made me get off the fence and just order some lol, be here tomorrow supposedly.
