I made this couple weeks ago. Its ready to bake.
Was a little sluggish to start.
I used to start.
25g active starter
15g pickle juice
10g water
30g AP flour (thick to start)
Now for today the dill starter is ready.
Todays mix.
50g dill starter
325g water
500g AP
9g of the salt/black garlic
9g dry dill weed.
The black garlic turns the dough brown.
Not interested in a shaggy dough, pinch it and bring it together, cover and let rest for 1 hr.
