Did not get a plate pic., but we had coleslaw and Homemade Mac n cheese. It was also one of the guy's birthday today so this was his birthday meal....happy surprise....

And yes, I know.....I sliced the point wrong. I was jawboning with the guys while slicing and was not paying attention. It was a good cook though. Very good brisket. Everybody was happy....
