Had to look and cut and taste the lone salami hanging. The rest is still hanging in cave.

Time to get the pairs in vac bags then.

Would I do anything different?
Yes add 2g more of the red boat. <<<<To my taste anyways.

The other links are just starting to get mold on so they are going to stay fro 10 more days.
