    Thanks for the insights. My latest fantasy is to put a turbine chimney topper on 1 flue which would create an updraft whenever the wind was blowing. For the down draft on the other flue the room would have to be sealed as you pointed out. muffin fans would be worth a try as well.

    I have not yet figured out how to download pics from my phone. to this web site. of course I haven't tried. for several years. Back then it was a PITA. I don't for instance watch Utube vids. I can never understand the audio. Just a problem with my hearing. I have state of the art aids.
