    My New Rig & My First Cook

    I just bought a Pit Boss Pro Series 850 on Friday. This was my first cook. It literally was a perfect cook. Much better then my Traeger. Much better. The temp was rock solid at 250 for 5+ hours. The temp probe was spot on. Pulled at 203, let it rest for an hour.
