    Cinnabons-Cast Iron-Weber Gas

Those look like some tasty Cinnabon’s. Round here we have Cinnabon bakeries in Pilot truck stops. Cinnamon rolls and a glass of milk is my go to bedtime snack.

Isopropyl alcohol (99%) for lighting pellets in a tube

Been using IPA soaked cotton balls to light off my SnS and chimney. I’ll try this on pellets. Thanks.

    Short smoke suggestions

Lots of great suggestions here. I’ll add a nice medium rare pit beef of EOR, London Broil or Sirloin Tip.

    Bone-in Chicken Breasts

Our local Ingles market is a great place for for spotting those large breasts. I’d love to grab them but usually remind myself that I all ready have some at home.

Looks like a great time for all. The BBQ I’m sure was top notch. Y’all did it up right!

    Pit Boss starting to rust

I wonder if it has anything to do with the flame broiler on these PBs. My PBAXL will shoot flames through the slots on the drip pan and it gets scorching hot. Your damage seems to be centered on the barrel near the burn pot. I’ll keep an eye on mine as this grill has replaced my ‘05 Weber SA...

    Meat from Costco?

Costco is great. Bunny ‘s a service deli associate there and she’s never been happier. Not only is the meat quality but their cleaning and sanitation systems are tops. We regularly get the prime sirloin cap steak and bone in loin pork chops.

    Traeger vs Yoder

Yeah! Treager can choose whoever they want to build their contraptions. This helps the Chinese worker to better afford new tires for his or her bicycle. I don’t want the person who builds my cooker to be strapped down with a mortgage and truck payment.

Fantastic cooks there Jake! Love the kebabs and flame thrower action.

Pit Boss-Traeger-Recteq best for the money.

Austin XL is the bang for buck grill especially at WM clearance price. Last I saw they’re now priced $397. I could care less about wifi and lower grade SS. Mine swings less than twenty degrees and the timer based controller belches smoke about every minuet and twenty with lighter smoke in...

    Racing on Dirt Today

Now that NASCAR is back to dirt tracks, maybe they’ll start running demolition derbies. Oh wait, they got Daytona and Talledega. Never mind. How ‘bouts a Ryan Newman vs. any spoiled brat driver with a fake cowboy hat and ridiculous hair cut not named Ryan with the initials A.D. death match.

Yeah, I can believe it's not butter

Butter on Linda Carter > catsup on Meatloaf.
