Are you making home-made dill pickles? If so, I have the best old school country-style (polish) dill pickle recipe ever. My family makes about 40-50 jars every summer.

I grow probaly 20 feet from seed every year-I can't believe i dont have pictures LOL- but my mom WILL take a little off sides as it matures.

What Fired Up said is true with almost all herbs.You can use herbs a little bit immature, but catch them at right time and...........
