Newbie here. I have a Weston jerky slicer and am thinking about getting the accessory tenderizer blade set. I've been using eye of round and cutting it across grain into slabs that are roughly 1-1/8" thick then running the slabs thru the slicer which cuts 1/4" strips. Would running the slabs thru tenderizer cutters first then thru the jerky slicer blades work? Or, will the tenderizing process cause the strips to fall apart when going thru the slicer?
