I got my MES in the early spring and have enjoyed using it all summer. Now we're going into winter and I was wondering how long I can continue to use it. I don't how well it's insulated and with the outside temperatures only getting up into the 30's I was wondering if I could still effectively use it.

I use mine year round, never had a problem even below those temps.

I used mine last winter in colder weather than that. The cold and wind was the reason I bought an electric smoker.

I should have mentioned that I had to use a hair dryer to jump start mine a few times. Mine lives outside. If yours does you may have to do the same.
