I decided to fire up My UDFP tonight!Ugly Drum Fire Pit.
I use this as my charcoal grill ever since My gasser went to s**t.









Gonna do some america's cut chops ( THICK!! )


some Boneless countrystyle RIbs (as I call them)

and some red potatos cut in half and seasoned.

I had plenty of help!

Thats a nice set up you have there Smoking. I like the chops and I hope you dropped something for the helpers. The pork came out looking good too.

The chops were 1-1/2" thick...seared first for 2 mins each side then moved to a cooler spot to finish up. approx...10-15 mins to finish!

The dogs Got a 2-1/2 pound chunk of chuck roast I left in the oven for a day and a half by accident!

Interesting sauce your Mrs found.
In the helpers picture it looks like your dogs don't know if they are coming or going.

The grill has worked great and its a real pleasure to sit out by it with my wife and a roaring fire! The apple dipping sauce was awesome on the Pork!
