I forgot to say they look great. love the char on them. What temp was it running?

To get the crispy skin I got them up to 210F internal

The webber ran at 400F but I think my gauge runs 25F high

I almost had to take my shoes off. I’m still missing only counting 2.

This has to be some type arithmetic trick. I got 4 bottom and 4 top. 8 total.
