It's been a minute since I have posted anything... Figured I would post this one...

A friend asked me to cook for his dads celebration of life... "Well of course I will"

Went and picked up two briskets and half a pork belly... Got up at 0315 (315am) to get the party started... Hit the start key on the tractor and she fired right up...

These (Briskets) went on at 0430 (430am)... Using Jeff's Original Rub

I moved (drove the Tractor from my house to his house, he's only a few houses away) at about 1100am...

These (pork belly) went on at noon... Used a cajun rub on these ...

I wrapped Briskets at 1400 (2pm)... shoulda wrapped them at noon when I put the belly's on ... He wanted to eat around 1700 (5pm)... They didn't get done until 1730 (530pm)...

Since things got a little hectic at feed time... Didn't get any pics of the Burnt Ends... And only a few pics of briskets ...

My buddy behind me brought his smoker and did 4 boston butts (no pics) ...

And now the Tractor is back in it's resting spot after a days work...

Bet you can't guess what we're having for dinner tonight...

Your "tractor " is so cool! Love it every time you fire it up!

Looks like it all came out great!! Love the Tractor!! Awesome to be able to do that for a Friend!!

Thanks brother... I like firing it up... wish I would use it more often but it's kinda hard when there is only two of us...

That's the same problem Linda and I have.

I smoked ribs on Saturday and chicken on Sunday and we'll be eating leftovers for the next three days.

I think tonight will include a mac n' cheese with smoked rib meat.
