Morning all! I haven't posted anything in a bit. So I figured I'd better change that. No build pics. But I did this rib eye by cold smoking for a hour. Then finishing in a CI pan. Added a baked tater with sour cream and bacon. It came out fantastic!

Steak looks great. Interesting as I cooked ribeyes on the grill last night, as well. I usually sear in a cast iron skillet with bacon grease, but opted for the Weber kettle instead. Salt and pepper is all I ever use on my steak.Wow Steve, I'll take a plate of that please. Matter of fact, I did Tracy was out last night so my bachelor dinner was a rib eye also, seasoned the same way you did and it was excellent. I cooked mine on the grill but I don't live in a climate where it's 40 below this time of year
