Did Al's meatloaf recipe. Extremely good. This was a spicy meal. The poblano was very spicy for the meatloaf. The hatch peppers in the potatoes where very spicy and the jalapeno in squash was hot. I don't know where Albertson gets their peppers but you can count on them being hot! The meatloaf was great and had the right amount of smoke for me.

Using this tube with chips is the best thing to get that Texas smoke flavor just got to watch leaving the smoker open as the wood starts on fire.

These where the best Potatoes I have ever made. Recipe based off Abuelo's recipe who makes the best. A really good meal

Did some bacon Bears way. Way to lean but that the way it is.

And some Old Fashioned to make it through the cook.

Very nice cook there! Out my way, the local grocery store has been such a miss on spice in their jalapenos and poblanos, 2020 for ya.

Love meatloaf.
I have a similar tube. (Wife bought it at Target.)
No chips. I use only pellets. I also mash my pellets before putting in the tube.

Good looking loaf Brian.

Point for sure

I put Green Chiles or Pablano in my meatloaf as well. Yours looks great! I got to ask about the Potatoes as well. Any recipe that comes from a Grandma, is worth having...JJ

Damn that looks awesome, I freak'in love meatloaf both hot and cold for sandwiches the next day.

Did you cut every bit of white out of the inside of the pablano's? My wife is 100% German and she doesn't handle spicy very well, but she absolutely loves when I make chorizo & sausage stuffed pablano's as long as I cut all the white vein out of the peppers. They are great the next morning with country fried potatoes and a couple poached eggs......yum!!! I need to make some up its been a while.
