How to make smoked frog legs in a mes? What brine or rub, what temp, how long? ect.
 
It's been ages since I had those. We gigged them, chopped the legs, and just seasoned them and threw them on the grill, and slammed the lid down (quickly)! They were tasty. My opinion is you want to treat them like chicken. High heat to crisp the skin. Good luck.
