Slow Groovin' BBQ in Marble, CO

I got the chance to eat at Slow Groovin' BBQ in Marble, Colorado during my fall leaf viewing tour back in October.

These guys know what they're doing. The food came steaming hot straight from the smoker, the ribs and chicken were justing melting in my mouth. The sides were excellent.

This is the second place for great ribs I have found in Colorado. It's an odd peculiarity that restaurants in Colorado struggle with smoking ribs properly. I guess some people just like to complicate simple things.
