I have pepperoni sticks in the smoker for about 3 hours now and I just realized that smoke only hit one side because the sticks were touching each other. Normally I use dowels to hang them on but I didn’t have any that fit my new smoker so I used metal sausage hooks. I just flipped them so the bare sides are out do you think they will still take smoke ??
