Good days!

Checking in from the (not so) frosty North! 

I am a self-taught smoker/griller/dehydrator (amateur) butcher.

I dabble in sausage and jerky making, I smoke, rotisserie, BBQ (propane)

I will accept a challenge on any type of meat, I hunt and fish to top off the creative supplies! Good to be here, hopefully, a one-stop source for any and all of my questions and quandaries!
