Well my belly bacon is finally ready for it’s cold smoke. Problem is when I got up
this morning it is raining. Will it matter if I’m cold smoking or is the moisture in the air going to give me an issue? 9585EE68-E34B-467F-8A7E-A8385EFCA3B6.jpeg

I never had a problem with the rain, as long as it's not raining directly on the smoker & leaking inside.
As far as the humidity goes, it's always in the 80's or 90's down here. My pellets burn just fine.
