Doing some pork belly burnt ends tomorrow in my masterbuilt mes 140. Curious what you all think about cooking temp 250 or 275?
let me know.
 
i'm no pro at these but I would go 250 for a couple hours, then roll in your sauce and finish smoking them.
 
Im doing these today and smoked them almost 3 hrs @ 250 put them in a pan with brown sugar honey and butter covered and bumped the heat to 275 to render the fat about an hr and half glaze then uncovered 1/2 hr.
