I smoked some BB ribs over the weekend (yeah, I know -- no pics, didn't happen).

Anyway, I took some of the leftovers to work today, but forgot to put the rest of them back in the fridge.

They sat out on the counter all day -- should I toss them?
 
Unfortunately yes.. I definitely would toss them. Such a shame but they are not worth getting sick over.
 
No doubt in my mind throw it out as Jeff said its not worth taking a chance
 
Oh yea if they were out for 9 hours you won't want to eat them. If was only for 2-4 hours you could maybe pull it off depending on the temps but 9 no way. Like Jeff said it's better to be safe than have someone get sick. I guess it just gives you another reason so smoke more
