I just did my first BBB before Xmas. And loved it. Once we get our s**t together here . I will be doing some more .

Well for those of you who have helped me along the way and kept me straight as well as those of you who stuck around, here it is...

Buckboard bacon...

Belly bacon...

Ended up with around 10 lbs. total...

Fried up some of both and really couldn't taste a difference, I am happy with the end results

Having to shovel a path to the smoker like I did! Made it about 1/2 done before my girls came to help... it's fun with 2 dogs trying to catch the snow ya throw!
