I was thinking terrine from Easter leftovers. It seemed there was a lot of it, but on a closer look it wasn't that much meat, but plenty of bones. So i dug out half a hock i had left from another job, and a bag of duck bones that was meant for soup.
Easter leftover (lamb leg, some shoulder, a turkey leg) and half a hock
Duck bones on top
Ran out of carrots and parsnip; celery, red pepper, lovage should do it. Also peppercorn and bay leaves.
