I figured since I just completed my third cook with my reverse flow big Johnson from Johnson Smoker's I would finally check in.
So far i have cooked Brats, brisket and ribs along with mac and cheese and of course beans.

I'll try to remember to get more pics this weekend. This was my first cook on it, yesterday I stepped it up to 10 racks of St Louis ribs, combination of 40 brats and hotlinks, beans and 4 loaves of garlic bread. With still learning the wood

I was using plus the smoker I had my hands full for a few hours.
