Well after all the issuse i had today they came out really good!
First i couldnt get the smoker to temp. Found out my gauge is broke. used a new digi prob to watch temp in the smoke box. but still couldnt get it to 250. i think im going to take sometime and add a few mods before my next smoke. after fighting with the temp i tossed in the ribs.oh btw first.... the night before i tossed a nice simple rub on it and let it sleep over night.
ok back to the smoke. for two hours i had the ribs in the smoker at a temp of 220 hoping for the best. after a quick help message to the boards i took em out and put em in the oven for 2.5 hours it got to 170 i took em out and wrapped em in foil. turned out great didnt need any sauce. thanks for all
oh yea i trimmed the fat or that thin skin and didnt cut the ribs
