Great looking food! Keep us posted on the cooks on that beauty!
Did you have a pellet grill before to compare the food with the Yoder?
I want one so bad, but is not in the budget:-(

yes, i had a GMG for a short time that i ended up returning.. it positively would not hold a set temperature.. the temp would fluctuate 40 to 50 degrees up and down within 20 minutes.. I thought the $800 i spent on that one, i shouldnt be having those issues.. after much more research and looking at reviews i decided on the ys640s.. so far im very pleased. it holds very close to temp with no fluctuations, very heavy duty and made in the USA. GMG is made in china...

Congrats! That q looks great and the Yoder will work with consistency - just give it a little patience getting used to temps and pellet brands - wish I could have sprung for the cart when I bought mine - no regrets though still cooks great - enjoy

Nice looking food and congratulations on the new toy.

Point for sure
Chris

Congrats on the Deere Skid Steer. Looks like a nice solid unit. Heard a lot of positive things about them.

Oh, and the meat looks pretty good too.
