I've been smokin' and grillin' for some time and happened to stumble across this site...looks like a good place to get new ideas! I alternate between smoking with a Cookshack smoker or grilling over charcoal. I love to grill or smoke ribs, wings, and vension roasts. I also make my own summer sausage and deer brats, and prefer to mix my own rubs vs. buying the commercial ones. I call Silver City, Iowa home but have gone every where from south Texas to Alberta looking for critters to toss in the smoker! I look forward to some scrumptious recipes from y'all....
